Fernando Ortega
Fernando Ortega is a physical education teacher with 27 years of experience working with young people and organizing day camps for the summer.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health and Physical Education and is a K-12 certified Spanish Teacher at Millbrook High School Magnet-WCPSS.

Claire is a former camp counselor and current manager at Xtreme Park Adventures.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Appalachian State University. Claire’s passions lie in science, the outdoors, and working with kids.

What ages are accepted for our summer camp?
Our camp is designed for kids 7-16. On Day 1, campers are split up into groups according to their age/age range.
What’s included in the cost of summer camp?
The listed price covers everything your child will need for the day. This includes all gear and equipment for all activities plus a free camp T-shirt. Campers can bring money to buy snacks, drinks, and paintball/airsoft accessories.
Does Xtreme Park’s summer camp offer half day enrollment options?
Yes we offer a half-day option that runs from 9am-12pm. Half-Day campers will participate in two activities before pickup between 12-12:30pm.
What is our Camper to Counselor Ratio?
Our camper/counselor ratio is 15:1.
How can I register my child for summer camp?
You can register online through the ‘Book Now’ button or by calling our office at 919-596-6100.

Your child can bring his/her own lunch and snacks or they can purchase our provided lunch for $8 / day. This includes an entree, chips, and a drink.
